When a resident in one of our nine rental properties needs a repair done in their unit, we offer a 24/7 maintenance service for their convenience. Our skilled maintenance team can handle almost all repairs, but we will also hire an expert if further expertise is needed. If any emergency damages occur, such as broken heat in the winter or A/C in the summer, we prioritize those requests so that our residents will be comfortable and well taken care of in their home.
Additionally, when it’s more beneficial to replace rather than repair, we do that so the job is done right the first time. It is up to the resident to tell us when an appliance is broken, but we will perform thorough checks after they move out. While preparing the unit for the new renter, we evaluate the apartment to ensure that it’s move-in-ready. We check that all appliances are working and that it will be a place our residents will be proud to call home.
