Along with having all of our properties on our website, we also have them registered to many popular rental search sites like Apartments.com, Rent.com, Apartment Guide, etc. More often than not, renters start their search online. We made sure our properties could be located across all of those popular sites and that we keep the information up to date.

Virtual Tours

Life is busy, and touring a lot of different apartments can be hard to fit into a person’s day. We’ve tried to make it easier on future residents through our virtual tour option. Once you’ve sent an inquiry to the property manager, they will set up a video chat appointment for the available unit. During the tour, they’ll also answer your questions to help you decide if you’ve found your new apartment.

Online Application

During the busy season especially, securing the apartment of your dreams is all about timing. When you see an apartment you love, you want to do your best to claim it before anyone else. Applying online is the quickest way to do that, so we offer an online application for potential residents. No more worries about trying to find a printer or dropping off your application. We monitor the system and let applicants know if they are approved to rent with us.

Resident Portal

Modern renters expect an efficient system, and we’ve done just that with our resident login. Tycon renters can create an account to sign up for rental payments, send in a maintenance request, and communicate with the staff at their property. When it comes to rent, our system allows you to set up automatic payments so you don’t have to worry about missing a month. Plus, you can choose between adding a card or a bank account for all payment needs.

Email Communication

Each of our properties has its own specific email that their manager monitors. This helps us ensure questions and concerns are being handled onsite, and the residents can get to know their property manager.
